1. Why become a member?

As a member, you will be able to enjoy exclusive membership benefits. Only member will be qualify for our cash rebate programme (please refer to Cash Rebate Programme for details). You will be able to receive latest news, tips and promotion. By becoming a member you will be able to receive a more personalized shopping experience e.g The Favourite List, manage your own account etc.

2. How to become a member?
Becoming a member is easy. On the left hand corner of Home page - locate "Create new account" - under the "Welcome - Sign in" members login section to create your member account.

3. How long does delivery take for international order?
We aim to dispatch/ship order within 48 hours upon confirmation of payment received. However, delivery times will depend on the destination and dispatch/shipping method chosen upon checkout.

4. How long does delivery take for local order?

For order dispatched via Singpost normal mail - it may take up to 16 working days (exclude saturday, sunday and public holidays) to get your parcel especially for bulky parcel that cannot be fit into mail box.

For order dispatched via door to door delivery - delivery will be made within the next 2 working days upon confirmation of payment received.

5. Do your prices include GST (Goods and Service Tax)?
We do not charge GST. However, for international customers you are responsible for paying any tax and duty arises from customs in your own country when your items are being processed by them.

6. If an item is out of stock, when will the item be replenished?
When an item is out of stock, please click on the button “Notify Me” and you will be notified by email when the item is in stock.

7. What are the modes of Payment?
For Local, payment can be made via Internet banking to either (1) DBS Current Account no. 029-023345-4 or to (2) OCBC Current Account no. 551-821614-001. Please note that fund transfer between different banks usually takes 2 working days for fund to be available to our account. Alternatively, you can make payment through Paypal which confirmation of payment received are almost immediate after you make your payment through Paypal.

For International customers, you can make payment through Paypal.

8. Do we need to have a Paypal account to make payment?
No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment. Please follow the steps during checkout to make payment through Paypal.

9. Do you have a retail shop?
No, we do not have a retail shop.

10. Do you allow allow self collection?

Sorry, we don't allow self collection.
